The Truthful Co. came to me with a bold idea — a productivity brand for Muslim consumers that blended Islamic values with intentional living. But the existing visual direction felt generic: stock-feeling photography, no distinctive mark, and a website that could have belonged to any wellness brand.
The challenge was to build a visual identity with genuine cultural resonance that still felt elevated and globally relevant. The brand needed to earn trust from a discerning community while being commercially polished enough to compete in a crowded wellness and productivity market.

Before opening Figma, I spent two weeks in brand discovery — reviewing competitors, interviewing the founders, mapping the emotional territory the brand needed to own. The insight that unlocked everything: the audience wasn't looking for a "Muslim brand." They were looking for a thoughtful, beautiful brand that happened to share their values.

A brand the founders felt proud to show — and customers felt proud to buy.
The outcome
The final brand delivered: a complete logo system with primary, secondary, and Arabic marks; a full color and typography system; packaging design for three product lines; and a Shopify-built e-commerce website with custom page templates and a mobile-first checkout flow.
The founders described seeing the final brand as "finally recognizing ourselves." That's the only metric that matters.
